During this session we will learn more about you while giving you the opportunity to hear more about our program. We will learn your goals and expectations, and answer any questions you have about us. This session will also include a workout that serves a physical assessment allowing us to determine your current experience and fitness level while introducing you to our “style” of training.
The “Intro Session” is mandatory and by appointment only (Must Be Scheduled at least 24 HOURS Prior to Intro Session Class Time). Please pick the available day and time that works best for you.
